**Functional Competencies Required: **
Should have knowledge of fabrication or any other ‘sheet metal industries’. *
Should be familiar with different kind of ‘sheet metal operations’, like: ‘laser cutting, bending /
forming, welding, machining, blasting, etc.’ *
Should have exposure towards different kind of surface treatment processes & packing standards,
etc. *
Should have knowledge of costing. *
Should have the ability to locate untapped potential businesses.

Proposes potential business deals by contacting various potential partners. *
Has knack of discovering & exploring various business opportunities. *
Budget planning & profitability (Budgetary Management). *
Should be proficient in ‘English, Hindi & local language (In both verbal & writing.)’. *
