- SSC (Secondary School Certificate)

- Graduate

**Requirements**:

- Recent experience in an international BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setting.
- Previous experience in US sales, retentions, collections, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Compensation**:

- **Non-Collections Experience**: ₹32,000 - ₹35,000 (depending on last drawn salary)
- **Collections Experience**: Up to ₹38,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to collect overdue payments on their credit card accounts.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to resolve customer payment issues and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach while handling collections.
- Accurately update and manage customer information in the system.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
