Placement Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters for campus hiring.
- Organize on-campus/off-campus drives, job fairs, and virtual placement events.
- Maintain and update a database of students eligible for placements.
- Prepare and guide students for interviews through resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills training.
- Collaborate with academic departments to identify internship and placement needs.
- Track placement statistics and submit periodic reports to the management.
- Arrange industrial visits, guest lectures, and corporate interaction sessions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and students during placement drives.
- Promote students' participation in employability skill programs and certifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market needs, and employer expectations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong industry network and knowledge of hiring processes.
- Ability to motivate students and build their confidence.
- Experience in event coordination and data management.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems, and job portals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (HR/MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in placement or career services role.
- Experience working in colleges or recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
