Job Description: Corporate Sales and Marketing Assistant for Yoga/Wellness Studio in Pune

**Position Title**: Corporate Sales and Marketing Assistant
**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Sales**:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for wellness programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their wellness needs.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to corporate clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage corporate client accounts and ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

**Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the studio's services to corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at corporate clients.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality photos and videos showcasing the studio's corporate wellness programs.

**Event Planning and Promotion**:

- Assist in planning and promoting corporate wellness events, workshops, and retreats.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful event execution.
- Develop promotional strategies to attract corporate clients to events.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the corporate wellness industry.
- Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

**Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Represent the studio at corporate events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Proven track record in corporate sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
