**What You Will Be Doing**
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions within the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP FICO implementation, including system architecture, integration, and best practices.
- Ensure SAP FICO configurations comply with industry regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, and PP teams, to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements for better efficiency and performance.
- Lead testing, validation, and documentation efforts to support compliance and business continuity.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on SAP FICO.
- Proven expertise in leading SAP FICO implementations, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
- In-depth understanding of financial and controlling processes in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP, WM).
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, IFRS, GAAP) in SAP environments.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams, providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
