**Key Responsibilities**

- Support initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Respond to customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing promotional events and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to the marketing team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or a related field.

**Other Requirements**:

- Availability to join immediately.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram if required.
