**Summary**:Edufront Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (‘Edufront’), incorporated in 2018, is a provider of world-class Ed-Tech solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics, including regulatory requirements, case law, and legal precedents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal correspondence.
- Support the legal team in the preparation of briefs, motions, and other pleadings for submission to court.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients, attorneys, and other parties to discuss case details and strategies.
- Help maintain and organize legal files to ensure they are updated and accessible for all team members.
- Observe and sometimes participate in client meetings and courtroom proceedings for a real-world understanding of legal practice.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing document flow

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school/University
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in legal operations at workplace.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a professional attitude.

**Duration**:6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
