**Immigration Counselor**
**Location**: Ernakulam, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹23,000 - ₹26,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance-based Incentives
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Document Verification**: Review and verify client documents to ensure compliance with immigration requirements and regulations.
- **Knowledge of Immigration Laws**: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and related regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
- **Maintain Client Records**: Keep detailed records of client communications, documents, and progress in the immigration process.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
- **Networking**: Build relationships with educational institutions, employers, and other relevant entities to offer a range of immigration solutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in immigration counseling or visa consultancy.
- Strong communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam** (or local language).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all documentation and client information is accurate.
- Familiarity with immigration software/tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
