**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- **1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**_
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have enquired about immigration, visas, or overseas opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through advertisements, online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking system.

**2. Client Engagement & Consultation Support**
- Explain immigration services, visa processes, and available programs clearly to prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and match them with suitable immigration programs (PR, student visa, etc.).
- Fix appointments with immigration consultants/counselors for detailed discussions.

**3. Follow-up & Relationship Management**
- Handle queries, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction.

**4. Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
- Coordinate with counselors, team leaders, and management for smooth process flow.
- Escalate complex queries or cases to senior consultants.

**7. Compliance & Quality**
- Ensure all calls are made professionally and politely in line with company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and program changes.

**Skills & Competencies Required**
- Excellent communication & convincing skills (English, regional languages as required).
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
