**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various roles
- Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews with the internal team
- Coordinate offer discussions, negotiate salary expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in IT technologies and job market conditions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings
