**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial eligibility assessments via phone calls for clients interested in immigrating to Australia or Canada.
- Gather essential client details such as educational background, work experience, and language proficiency to determine their eligibility.
- Provide clients with accurate information on immigration options and visa pathways based on their profile.
- Explain the basic eligibility criteria and guide clients on the next steps in their immigration process.
- Accurately document and record client information in the company’s database.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in immigration or a related field is must.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages would be an asset).
