**Qualifications**
- 0-4 years of working experience in the baking industry (Commis
- 3 or 2 based on experience and skill levels)
- Must have a diploma from a pastry school
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Learning and Growth Mindset
- Highly motivated and passionate about baking
- Should be up to date with current food trends

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including the portion size, quality, and quantity
- Order execution with plating for dine-in orders and packaging for delivery orders
- Assist the senior chefs in the creation of desserts and menu development
- Adhere to the food labeling and dating (FIFO) method
- Keep track of the inventory and stock of raw materials
- Work with the team and delegate tasks to interns
- Enable the team to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Think proactively by finding opportunities to improve processes

**Note** - We don't provide accommodation or food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
