**About Us**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote steel products
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Maintain and update client records in Tally and Excel
- Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for order fulfillment
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues
- Maintain daily calling and conversion reports
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets to earn commissions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in telecalling, B2B sales, or inside sales
- **Experience with Tally ERP** (creating quotations, managing ledgers, client accounts)
- Strong verbal communication and client follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Familiarity with steel or manufacturing industry is a plus

**Compensation**
- **Commission-Based Only** (No fixed salary)
- Attractive incentives based on sales volume and client conversion
- No upper limit on earnings - performance = pay
