**Job Description: Reasoning Faculty**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Reasoning Faculty member to join our educational institution. The Reasoning Faculty will be responsible for imparting effective instruction in reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving techniques to students preparing for competitive exams or seeking to enhance their cognitive skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and course materials for teaching reasoning, logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods, strategies, and resources to cater to different learning styles and student needs.
- Design practice exercises, quizzes, and mock tests that accurately reflect the format and difficulty level of relevant competitive exams.
- Provide individualized guidance and feedback to students, addressing their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Foster an environment that encourages active participation, analytical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving among students.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in reasoning and competitive exams, integrating relevant content into the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student performance through regular evaluations and progress assessments.
- Assist students in developing time management and exam-taking strategies to enhance their performance in competitive exams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a cohesive curriculum that aligns with the institution's educational goals.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, adhering to institutional policies.
- Provide counseling and support to students regarding their academic progress and career aspirations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, logic, cognitive psychology).
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in teaching reasoning or aptitude for competitive exams, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
- Patient, approachable, and adaptable teaching style to accommodate various learning levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
