**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials focused on logical and analytical reasoning topics.
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions to undergraduate or postgraduate students, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying complex concepts.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that promote active learning and encourage students to think critically and solve problems logically.
- Design assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and mastery of reasoning principles, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Offer one-on-one assistance and academic support to students who require additional help in grasping reasoning concepts or improving their problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated with advancements in reasoning methodologies, educational technologies, and relevant academic research to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and integrate reasoning skills across various academic disciplines.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities to contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and the institution as a whole.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students interested in pursuing careers or further studies in fields that require strong reasoning abilities, such as mathematics, computer science, or philosophy.

Qualifications:

- A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, computer science, philosophy, or education, with a specialization in logical reasoning, analytical thinking, or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in developing instructional materials, delivering lectures, and facilitating interactive learning experiences in a classroom or online setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success, with the ability to provide individualized support and feedback to promote academic growth and development.
- A collaborative and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of reasoning education.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online learning platforms is desirable.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, assessment design, or educational leadership roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a dynamic academic environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
