Understanding of CRO techniques
Familiarity with various digital advertising platforms, such as display advertising, remarketing/retargeting, native advertising, and programmatic advertising.
Experience in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, to implement automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and personalized customer journeys.
Capable to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns delivery on time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies firmly compatible with the company's goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Conduct market research, evaluate consumer behavior, and define target audience segments to promote effective targeting and messaging,
- Engage with cross-functional departments to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- To enable consistent branding and messaging, oversee the organization's online presence, including the website content, landing pages, and social media profiles.
- Staying up with evolving markets, emerging technologies, and digital marketing standards of excellence to increase campaign effectiveness
- Employ marketing analytics tools to monitor and assess the efficacy of digital advertising campaigns, get insights, and propose enhancements.
- Optimize website and landing page conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience analysis, and data-driven optimization techniques
- Endure up-to-date with data protection laws, privacy rules, and advertising standards to maintain compliance in digital marketing efforts
- Examine emerging digital marketing platforms, technologies, and tools, and make recommendations for adoption based on the organization's needs and objectives
