Profile:Customer Support Representative (International Voice Process)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.

3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

6. Meet or exceed performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

7. Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding customer service standards and confidentiality.

9. Continuously strive to improve customer experience by suggesting process improvements and sharing feedback with the team.

10. Adapt to changing business requirements and maintain flexibility in work schedules to accommodate shifts and peak hours.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in spoken and written English (additional language proficiency may be required for specific markets).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software preferred.

7. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
