**Position Summary**:
This position plays a key role in preparing students for academic excellence in board exams, literary events, and higher education, while also instilling values of creativity, empathy, and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to senior secondary classes.
- Design lessons aligned with the board curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State) including both prose and poetry components.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills as per academic level.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the varied learning styles and needs of students.
- Encourage students to develop a love for reading, critical analysis, and articulate expression.
- Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, and external literary competitions.

**Academic Planning & Assessment**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans, unit plans, and yearly academic plans.
- Design and administer periodic assessments, projects, assignments, and practicals in line with the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and remedial teaching when required.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

**Co-Curricular Involvement**:

- Organize and mentor students in debates, elocution contests, poetry recitation, drama/theatre, and writing competitions.
- Supervise and coordinate English literary clubs, newsletters, and school magazines.
- Prepare students for Olympiads and other national-level competitions.

**Technology Integration**:

- Integrate technology tools into teaching (smart boards, online platforms, educational apps).
- Conduct virtual classes if required and manage LMS (Learning Management System) assignments and grading.

**Professional Development & Team Collaboration**:

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and academic reviews.

**Pastoral Responsibilities**:

- Mentor students and provide academic and emotional support.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
