Quality Assurance Testing- Product Transformation

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Transformation & Simplification Excellence**
- Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle
- Thorough understanding of Deal closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, Collateral & Insurance tracking on commercial lending
- Execute test case scenarios is correlation to upgrades and new builds. Document and evaluates test results
- Detect, logs, and report program bugs and glitches. Track defects and help troubleshoot errors.
- Reviews test procedures and develop test scripts. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
- Analyze and verify test requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of testing requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders

**Talent -**

Experience in QA/functional testing in large commercial banking setup/domain preferred with focus on manual and automated testing
- Experience in executing test cases on automated tool like UFT, Cucumber, Selenium preferred
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL preferred
- Familiarity with agile framework and regression testing is a must
- Experience in designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures is must
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute testing and timeliness
- Commercial awareness, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Create and deliver cross functional training on products/modules

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years’ experience including minimum of 3-4 years of experience in QA, UAT, functional & regression testing preferably for commercial lending or experience in a back office/Financial industry preferred
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill coupled with a good understanding of commercial lending preferred. Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
- Advanced technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
- Proven track record and experience in driving medium to large sized QA/regression testing
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Engage and collaborate with leadership team locally and globally
- Play a key part in driving innovation and testing agenda for India and global teams
