As a Teaching Associate at Verbattle, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Trainer in various aspects of planning, organizing, and delivering classes, workshops, competitions, and conferences. You will contribute to the development of the curriculum, promote effective communication, and help students acquire essential skills such as debate, public speaking, social skills, analytical thinking, life skills, effective use of language, dramatics, personality development, voice modulation, and leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Chief Trainer to develop and refine the curriculum for classes, workshops, and competitions.
- Assist in planning and conducting classes, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Interact with parents to address concerns, discuss student progress, and promote parental involvement.
- Prepare reports on student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Create engaging presentations to showcase Verbattle's programs to prospective schools and partners.
- Support the Chief Trainer in organizing and executing large-scale competitions, conferences, and workshops.
- Counsel new admissions, helping them understand Verbattle's programs and their benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies, integrating them into Verbattle's teaching approach.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' personal growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in teaching or communication training is preferred.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in a child's life.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and delivering presentations.
- Knowledge of effective teaching techniques and educational best practices.
- Familiarity with debates, public speaking, social skills, and other relevant areas.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or workshops.
- An eagerness to be part of larger activities involving schools and educational institutions.
