Here, your work matters — not just to your career, but to society.About VerbattleVerbattle is a 20-year-old pioneering organisation dedicated to training children, youth, and professionals in debate, communication, leadership, and logical thinking.Through its competitions, workshops, and educational programmes, Verbattle promotes the power of thought, dialogue, and value-based learning, nurturing responsible citizens who think rationally and express fearlessly.Verbattle is not merely an organisation — it is a philosophy of logical engagement and a movement of thought that builds the foundations of confident, civil, and intelligent discourse in society.Services and Products OfferedVerbattle offers a comprehensive range of learning and engagement programmes designed to develop logic, communication, and leadership skills among students and educators:- Debate Competitions for school and college students — structured under the unique Verbattle Debate Format, promoting teamwork, logic, and civility.- Workshops on improving Quality of Thinking, Logical Thinking, and Multi-Valued Logic.- Training Sessions on Decision-Making, Conflict Resolution, and Effective Public Speaking.- Programmes for Teachers and Educators on facilitation, reasoning, and communication.- Special Product: Verbattle Communication and Stage Readiness Evaluation — a scientific assessment tool designed to evaluate speaking ability, thought clarity, and performance confidence.- Advanced Debate Modules on reasoning, leadership, and civic discourse for young adults.About the RoleVerbattle is seeking dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Associates who can engage schools, promote educational activities, workshops, and debate programmes, and build long-term partnerships.This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and making a tangible difference in education.Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Outreach & Lead Generation- Identify and approach schools and educational institutions for collaborations and tie-ups.- Build and maintain a robust database of school heads, coordinators, and decision-makers.- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed participation.Sales & Partnership Development- Present Verbattle’s services, products, and programmes to schools and educators.- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and engagement targets.- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships for recurring engagements.Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for client schools.- Provide after-sales support, feedback collection, and assistance for repeat programmes.Event & Programme Coordination- Support the planning and execution of Verbattle events, workshops, and competitions.- Coordinate with internal activity and operations teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.Brand Promotion & Representation- Represent Verbattle at meetings, events, and education fairs.- Participate in outreach campaigns, promotional drives, and communication initiatives.Reporting & Insights- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and achievements.- Provide feedback on market trends, school requirements, and the competitive landscape.Desired Skills & Qualities- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and confident in approaching schools and institutions.- Strong ability to build positive and lasting relationships.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose and discipline.- Good organisational and follow-up skills.- Fluency in English (regional languages are an advantage).- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Eligibility- Graduates in any discipline.- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or institutional engagement (freshers welcome).- Passion for education, communication, and social impact.Work Culture & EnvironmentVerbattle offers a structured and purpose-driven environment rooted in values of discipline, integrity, and excellence.While the organisation is supportive and growth-oriented, it expects high performance, commitment, and adaptability.This is a place for individuals who value intellectual purpose and mission-driven work in a disciplined and meaningful setting.Terms & Benefits- Service Commitment: Minimum 2 years- Probation Period: 6 months- Notice Period: 45 days after confirmation- Leave: 1 casual leave per month during probation;
