**Job Description**:
**What You’ll Do**:
As the CG Supervisor you will be responsible for interpreting the creative aims of the Director/VFX Supervisors and translate them into a working pipeline within available time & budget. With the technology teams, you'll establish and implement an end-to-end workflow for your show, ensuring quality and efficiency. You’ll oversee the team of artists as they produce assets, setting up a working shot pipeline and successfully deliver shots on your project. Your leadership ensures that good and clear communication occurs at all times between artists, supervisors and production.

**CG Supervisor Responsibilities**
- Experience as a CG Supervisor working on feature films or high-end episodic content.
- Establish the technical direction and technical foundation to meet artistic, budget and schedule parameters.
- Collaborate with pipeline supervisor, VFX supervisor, team leads and other key members of the leadership team to develop a strong and flexible CG pipeline.
- Identify, research, recommend and implement new techniques into studio tools, adding value to work produced.
- Be able to sell solutions and ideas to clients, internal and external.
- Thorough understanding of the complete Animation Pipeline.
- Good history of collaborating with R&D teams and the ability to provide, test and deploy new tool specifications in a production environment.
- Anticipate, communicate, and troubleshoot any creative or technical issues with assistance from key stakeholders.
- Expert in Maya and proficient in other industry standard software.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience working in the animation / film industry
- Excellent understanding of CG production pipeline
- Excellent communication skills, organization and team awareness
- Strong combined creative and technical background
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of CG animation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and people management skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Highly organized
- Great understanding of animation styles and techniques as well as a solid comprehension of animation production for television or film
- Work closely with the show TD to resolve all technical roadblocks and improve efficiency through workflow and tool creation
- Knowledge of Python scripting is a plus
- Shotgrid (formally Shotgun) experience highly preferred
