**Sales & Marketing Executive/ Business Development Executive (IT ONLY)**

We are recruiting Business Development Executive / Sr. Business Development Executive with the below skills for Immediate hiring (Mohali):
Must have IT Services Sales Experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

1. Attending inbound & marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities.
2. Analyzing prospect’s requirements and proposing the best possible solution, should possess negotiation skills.
4. Can deliver business presentations and demonstrations.
5. Standard pre-sales metrics like following minimum 4 virtual presents a day, reports & processes to be maintained.
6. Managing database of leads allocation and achieving high sales conversions.
7. Doing regular follow up with customers.
8. Updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.
10. Assist in promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
11. Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- 1 to 5 years experience in presales/ business development of IT service sales.
- Proficient with corporate productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
