We are hiring for Dataisgood - a subsidiary of Skill Arbitrage & LawSikho and a bootstrapped, "Indie" tech education company with a vision to Unlock human potential by transforming education and making it accessible and affordable to all.As a Content Writer they need to create engaging written material like blog posts, articles, social media posts,website etc.

**Timing
- **11am
- 7:30pm

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Internal coordination with the team to resolve student queries/issues.

**Expectation of the role**:

- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals, and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Provide us with regular feedback from the calls you made, and advise the team on issues faced by students and how to get better in student customer service.
- Coordinate with the operation team and other team members if any of our tasks are require inter-team management
- Must be able to foresee problem areas and fix the gaps before it is highlighted by the student

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer service software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
