**Customer Support Executive - Voice Process**

**Location**: Bangalore
**Work Mode**: Work from Office
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for voice-based customer support roles in Bangalore. If you are a good communicator and enjoy solving customer queries, this is the right opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively and professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and accurate assistance
- Follow communication scripts and company policies

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge

**Shift Details**:

- Rotational shifts
- Females: between 8 AM to 8 PM
- Males: between 8 AM to 12 AM
