As a Data Entry Operator at a calibration company, your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter and maintain various types of calibration data into the company's database systems. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring that all calibration information is recorded and organized effectively to meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Inputting calibration data, including measurements, specifications, and other relevant details, into the company's database accurately and efficiently.

Documentation Management: Maintaining proper records and documentation of calibration data, ensuring it is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for future reference or audits.

Quality Assurance: Conducting routine checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors.

Database Maintenance: Updating and maintaining the calibration database, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and properly categorized for easy retrieval.

Report Generation: Assisting in the generation of reports and summaries based on the entered data, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.

Compliance Adherence: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies while handling and processing calibration data.

Collaboration: Collaborating with the calibration team, technicians, and other departments to gather and verify data, resolve any data-related issues, and ensure seamless information flow.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and suggesting improvements to enhance data entry efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role, preferably in a technical or scientific environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with calibration processes and terminology is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
