**THE ROLE**

**The Title**: Site In-charge - Goa

**Location**: Alto - Porvorim - Goa

**Reporting to**:Project Manager

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to the installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate and supervise the on-site installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
- **Team Management**: Oversee and manage the work of installation teams, including contractors and in-house staff, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- **Logistics & Planning**: Organize the delivery and on-site storage of materials, managing inventory and ensuring all necessary equipment is available when needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily logs, material usage, and any issues encountered, providing regular reports to senior management.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

**REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS**
- Ability to command local carpenters to execute work on sites.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
