**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish daily content (static, video, stories, reels) across platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns
- Engage actively with followers, manage DMs and comments, and foster a vibrant online community
- Monitor current trends, hashtags, challenges, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and digital partnerships
- Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
- Support live event coverage, red carpets, and press launches with real-time posting and updates
- Maintain a content calendar for multiple brands, projects, and talent under the MH Group umbrella

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (entertainment/fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Proficiency in using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, Creator Studio)
- Strong command of written and visual storytelling
- Awareness of Bollywood, entertainment trends, and influencer culture is a must
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events or campaigns

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Basic graphic design/video editing skills
- Experience working with celebrity or influencer accounts
- Familiarity with paid social ad campaigns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
