**Responsibilities and Duties**

They are partnered with the biggest names in the insurance business and are driven by the vision to be the leading insurance intermediary corporate domains.

**The JD is as under**:

- To handle Marine claims
- To intimate the claims to insurers based on intimations received from insured
- To follow up with Insurers for appointment of surveyors
- To communicate with Insured with details of appointed surveyors
- To follow up with surveyors for submission requirements
- To follow up with Insured, Surveyors and Insurers for submission and timely processing of the claims
- To obtain claim settlement details, share it with Insured and to incorporate the same in the MIS
- To deliberate with surveyors and Insurers with technical reasoning in case of disputed claims
- To record and maintain claims MIS on day to day basis in MS Excel
- To attend at loss site and/or at surveyor’s or Insurer’s office when required, for claims discussion
- To submit the documents received from Insured to surveyors/Insurers and to obtain the acknowledgements
- To attend to any other claims related matter

**Experience & Qualification** Any Graduate having relevant experience of Marine Claims 2+ years

Salary -**CTC 4 Lakhs Per year**
