**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons as per CBSE syllabus and school guidelines.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of prescribed curriculum within the academic calendar.
- Incorporate experiential learning, storytelling, and creative writing activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer formative and summative assessments in accordance with CBSE evaluation norms.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for students’ academic and personal growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Address individual learning needs through differentiated instruction.
- **Co-curricular Involvement**:

- Encourage students to participate in debates, elocution, dramatics, and literary activities.
- Contribute to school events, assemblies, and inter-house competitions.
- **Professional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding students’ performance and progress.
- Follow school policies, CBSE regulations, and uphold the institution’s vision and ethos.

**Qualifications & Eligibility (As per CBSE Norms):For PRT (Primary Teacher - English)**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **B.Ed. / D.El.Ed.** from a recognized institution.
- Qualified **CTET (Paper I)** conducted by CBSE (preferred/mandatory as per CBSE norms).

**For TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher - English)**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English with minimum 50% marks.
- **B.Ed.** from a recognized university/institution.
- Qualified **CTET (Paper II)** conducted by CBSE (preferred/mandatory as per CBSE norms).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to integrate technology (Smart Boards, digital tools) in classroom teaching.
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:

- **PRT**: Minimum **1-3 years** of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- **TGT**: Minimum 2**-5 years** of relevant experience in middle or secondary school.

**Remuneration**:
Salary will be **commensurate with qualifications and experience**, as per CBSE norms.
