Almashines is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in providing a cutting-edge Alumni platform. We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Research and identify new client opportunities through various channels to expand our customer base.
- **Messaging**: Develop targeted and compelling messaging to engage prospects, emphasizing the value of our products/services.
- **Qualification**: Understand customer needs, budgets, and pain points to qualify prospects effectively.
- **Engagement**:Build and maintain relations with the prospects by supporting them with relevant engagement and interactions on behalf of the company
- **CRM Management**:Coordinate with the team to maintain and up-to-date CRM system with accurate and timely information regarding customer progress, profile, communications and interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- **Prospecting Skills**: Experience in researching and identifying potential clients using various methods.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to understand customer needs and pain points to qualify prospects effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
