**Customer Service**: Greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Sales**: Handling sales transactions, demonstrating products, and achieving sales targets.

**Inventory Management**: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely replenishment.

**Staff Management**: Hiring, training, and supervising showroom staff.

**Visual Merchandising**: Creating and maintaining attractive product displays to promote sales.

**Performance Analysis**: Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales.

**Store Operations**: Maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing any issues promptly.

**Reporting**: Preparing and analyzing sales reports, and other relevant data.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
