**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Showroom Operations & Management**
- Computer Knowledge to maintain showroom routines
- Oversee the overall functioning of the showroom, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including attending phone calls and customer interactions.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.

**2. Sales & Customer Service**
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
- Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.

**3. Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and showroom expenses.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products for maximum visibility and appeal.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in showroom management, retail, or sales.
- Strong, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle computer operations, inventory management and sales systems.
- Proficiency in Computer operations, retail management software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
