**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative **Architect** to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing buildings and other structures, managing project timelines, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural concepts and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD or BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Conduct site analyses, feasibility studies, and zoning reviews.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other specialists.
- Prepare and present design proposals and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure alignment with the approved design.
- Review and approve contractor submittals and shop drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Desirable Traits**:

- Experience in [residential/commercial/public/infrastructure] projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Passion for innovative design and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
