**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Studio Ardete located in Mohali district. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integrating software development processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, creating innovative designs, and managing projects to ensure successful completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills through all phases of design from concept through construction administration.
- Experience with all aspects of the building permit approval process and able to work with the building code official as the prime representative of the architect and the owner.
- Experience interfacing with sub-consultants of all disciplines to ensure timely and well-coordinated deliverables.
- Construction administration experience including ability to review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; and interface with the contractor and building inspectors as the prime representative of the architect and the owner.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

**Qualifications**
- Professional degree in architecture
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high-quality architectural firm.
- Strong experience in educational, commercial, and public agency projects.
- Design and graphic skills required.
- Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Revit and ACAD proficiency
- Fluent use of Rhino, 3D Max or VRay, Grasshopper a plus
- Digital and analog fabrication a plus.
- Knowledge of Building materials & construction Techniques

Pay: ₹10,486.30 - ₹45,324.71 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Manauli, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
