**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients including cafés, hotels, restaurants, and bakeries.
- Promote and sell our range of **coffee beans, pre-mixes, bakery ingredients, and related products**.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations to potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and share insights with management.
- Coordinate with the supply and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage client records, payment follow-ups, and ensure proper documentation.
- Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to represent the brand.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **B2B sales** (preferably in coffee, bakery, or FMCG industry).
- Strong knowledge of **coffee types, blends, brewing methods, and bakery products**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Good understanding of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) market.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2-5 years preferred.
Pay: ₹18,772.32 - ₹30,332.48 per month
