**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in tally prime Gold.
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Cash Management
- Prepare TDS and GST details up to filling of their return on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist in monthly and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work very closely with the administration department in processing procurements, employees’ travel requests, and other project-related expenditures
- Support Manager - Finance in invoicing and other finance-related aspects of projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum 2-4 years of experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Tally Prime (Must) and Microsoft Excel etc.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
