We are E3 Wellness Pvt Ltd Delhi HR department. We have an opening Jr. Interior Designer in our Company for Okhla Phase 2, Delhi Location.
- Will be responsible for designing interior spaces, assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
- Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product / Services.
- Will be responsible for customer relationship & walk in client services, product promotion & branding and frontline business development & marketing activities
- Responsible for handling customer complaint and resolution.
- Visit the site & understand site conditions.
- Conceptualize & design the space as per the site and client equipment.
- As a self-motivated senior designer with strong Sketch up/CAD skills,
- To own Customer Experience during the on boarding journey.
- Generate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
- Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), colour palettes, and lighting Work with multiple teams and support concurrent processes invarying phases of project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s DegreeB.Des Interior Design or related field
- 2+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in workspace design and corporate interiors
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and conceptualize designs accordingly
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively
- **Strong knowledge of Adobe, AutoCad Sketch-Up and/or 3-D Studio Max**:

- In-depth furniture knowledge
- Material and price knowledge for the furniture
- Quality and excellence in design, management and technical ability
- Client facing ability with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energy, drive and total commitment to our people and projects
- Ability to develop talent, motivate staff, champion great work and act as a role model
- Be accountable and complete the job successfully, delivers on

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
