- **Develop design concepts**:Create initial design concepts, including space planning, layout, color schemes, and material selections, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
- **Prepare design drawings and specifications**:Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications, for project execution.
- **Coordinate with consultants and contractors**:Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
- **Manage project timelines and budgets**:Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Supervise junior designers**:Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior designers, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**:Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- **Proficiency in CAD software**:Demonstrate expertise in using CAD software for creating and editing design drawings and plans.
- **Material and product knowledge**:Possess a strong understanding of various materials, finishes, and products used in interior design.
- **Strong presentation and communication skills**:Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- **Stay updated on industry trends and best practices**:Continuously research and learn about the latest design trends, technologies, and materials.
- **Contribute to business development**:Assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
