**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Knowledge on **OHSAS 18001-2007, ISO 45001**Management System.
- **OHS, HSE, Fire NOC, NABH, NAAC** Audits, Inspections & Documentation Activities.
- Organize Fire Drills and manage all necessary documents.
- Safety Workshops & Campaigns.
- Responsible for overall safety in Construction, Industrial & Hospital processing activity.
- Conducted Fire Rescue, Fire mock drill with Fire Service Department Government of Pondicherry (**SVGI**) premises.
- Make monthly inspection of major Fire Fighting equipment Automatic Sprinkler, Wet Hydrant System, Fire Pump House, Hose Reels, Wet Riser, Addressable Fire Alarm system,

Fire extinguishers etc.
- Manage of an Emergency Management Control Room, Equipped with Addressable Fire Alarm System Panel, PA system, and Security CCTV etc.
- Conduct Emergency Response Plan **(ERP)**.
- Construction, Industrial& Hospital safety training and the awareness program for the worker in the facility.
- To Conduct Class room Safety Training on Safety Topics about: Personal Protective Equipment, Confined Space Entry, Scaffolds Safety, Chemical Safety, Fire Safety, and Work at Height Etc.
- To co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the requirements of Health & Safety Plan and to arrange continuous and formal daily safety monitoring in order to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- To liaise with and support Area Engineers, Superintendents, Supervisors to promote safety awareness in their areas of responsibility.
- To provide adequate training for site Management, Supervisors and their team and Sub
- contractors as per scope of the HSE Plan.
- Promote HSE Training at all levels, new contractors, staff etc.
- To detect, identify, analyze, control, eliminate and recognize hazardous substances, unsafe acts, conditions, behaviors and violations.
- To investigate and report immediately in writing all accidents, unsafe acts, near misses occurred at the work site and to submit in writing to the concerned office
- Responsible for allocating concerned person for shift for maintenance.
- Arranging the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for the equipment’s services for every month.
- Ensure wearing of PPE’s by all workers and staffs like, helmets, hand gloves, goggles, reflector jackets, safety shoes, full body harness, masks etc.
- Ensure all lifting equipment’s tools and tackles are inspected.
- Conducted tool box talks, fire safety training.
- Prepared check list, accident reports, Incident Investigation.
- Login &logout all permit register in database.
- Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
- Prepared Sign Boards & Banners regarding safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
