**With a growing customer base and trusted legacy, we are looking to expand our telecalling sales team in Kolkata. If you’re a confident communicator who thrives in a consultative selling role, this is your opportunity to grow in a niche, high-value sales domain.**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Consultative Telecalling - Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.**:

- **Understand Customer Needs - Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.**:

- **Explain Product Value - Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.**:

- **Drive Sales - Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.**:

- **CRM & Follow-ups - Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.**

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.**:

- **Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.**:

- **Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales**:

- **Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.**:

- **Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.**
