Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (STRICTLY ON-SITE / NO WORK FROM HOME)

Employment Type: Full-Time or Internship (with potential for full-time conversion)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 / month (For Full-time position depending on experience and

skillset)

content for kids.

Must-Have Skills
- Blender Expertise: Proficiency in Blender for 3D animation, including character

movements, lip-syncing, and expressions.
- 3D Knowledge: Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and camera

movements to create visually appealing and smooth animations.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with 3D modellers, rigging artists, and other

team members to deliver cohesive content.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE A PERSONAL LAPTOP POWERFUL

ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE DEMANDS OF 3D ANIMATION, RENDERING, AND

VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills, collaboration, and

ownership of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Language Fluency: Good understanding of both Hindi and English to work on

rhymes in both languages.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or

similar software.
- Familiarity with After Effects for adding motion graphics.
- Prior experience working on animations for children or related content.
- A creative mindset to pitch and implement innovative ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Animate nursery rhyme videos (1-3 minutes long) with smooth and engaging

character movements, lip-syncing, and expressions.
- Collaborate with other animators, modellers, and rigging artists to create appealing

and cohesive videos.
- Handle lighting, texturing, and camera movements to elevate the visual quality

of animations. Manage rendering, basic video editing, and colour correction as needed.
- Work on both original and traditional rhymes in Hindi and English, ensuring the

right emotions and sentiments are captured.
- Take initiative to design and produce content independently when required.
- Balance performance-driven targets for both the quantity and quality of videos

produced.
