We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team in Raipur. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and a minimum of two years of professional experience in motion design. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging animated content that brings our client campaigns and our agency's brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Animation: Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various digital platforms (social media, website, ads, presentations, etc.).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and content creators to understand project requirements and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
  • Storyboarding: Develop storyboards, mood boards, and prototypes to visualize and plan motion graphic projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all animated content aligns with client brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of visual quality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Optimization: Edit and refine animations based on feedback, project goals, and performance metrics.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of our work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, or similar role.
  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding motion graphics and animation skills. (Mandatory)
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard software, including:
  • Adobe After Effects (Essential)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a significant plus.
  • Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with various file formats, frame rates, and export settings for different digital platforms.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
