We are looking for a young, energetic and pro-active multi-talented resource who wants to make his career in Operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with vendors, stakeholders, network engineer, office staff when required.
- Work with the management to ensure to meet organizational goals and to have smooth operations.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support employee communication with the management team.
- To Monitor housekeeping department and ensure it follows the directives as provided.
- Keeping track of all company bills (internal and external), helping staff with attendance and other compliances.
- To maintain pantry stock and other inventories including hardware requirement.
- To be responsible for all market related work like purchasing office inventory etc.
- To handle all employee grievances/requirements related to IT hardware.
- To make necessary arrangements for all company's employee engagement events & activities.
- To keep a regular check on functioning of all office equipment and take timely action.
- To maintain daily/weekly reports as required.
- Assist HR department in day to day tasks and recruitment as and when required.

- Experience
- 0- 2 years
- Native of #Ludhiana
