**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Counseling**:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Assist in helping customers understand available services and processes.

**Appointment Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage client appointments and meetings.
- Follow up to confirm appointments and ensure timely feedback.

**Operational Support**:

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows.
- Provide prompt responses to queries and troubleshoot issues effectively.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Support daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Assist in preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking key performance metrics.
