Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to Founder

Experience: Minimum 10 years as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management

Age Criteria: 35 to 50 years

**Salary**: Up to ₹5,40,000 per annum

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with occasional late sittings)

Weekends: All Saturdays off

Role Overview:
We're hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordination of online/offline meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-ups)

✔ Domestic & international travel management

✔ Document preparation (reports, presentations, etc.)

✔ Acting as a liaison for seamless communication

✔ Effective time management

Key Skills:
10+ years as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Expertise in managing virtual meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
