We are seeking a highly motivated **Project Coordinator** to manage project handling, administration tasks, and act as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, possesses strong communication skills, and has knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify. As a fast learner, you will also be expected to quickly adapt to new tools and project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and project milestones are met.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to project management and team coordination.
- Communicate effectively with developers to ensure project requirements and timelines are clearly understood.
- Monitor project progress and update stakeholders with regular status reports.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize e-commerce knowledge to handle tasks related to platforms like Shopify.
- Work with design tools such as Canva to create visual presentations and reports as needed.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Excellent Communication**: Ability to clearly communicate with developers, stakeholders, and team members.
- **Shopify Knowledge**: Understanding of Shopify backend, including basic e-commerce workflows.
- **Canva Skills**: Familiarity with Canva for creating basic graphics or presentations.
- **E-commerce Knowledge**: Understanding of how e-commerce platforms function.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in project coordination or management.
- Basic understanding of web development processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
