**Job Summary**:
As a key member of our landscape design and project execution team, he/she will be responsible for selecting, cultivating, and maintaining plant materials, ensuring sustainable and innovative horticultural practices, and working closely with designers, clients, and project managers to bring landscape visions to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plant Selection & Horticultural Expertise:

- Identify and recommend suitable plant species based on climate, soil, and landscape design requirements.
- Develop and maintain plant nurseries for project needs.
- Ensure the health, growth, and sustainability of plant materials in various landscape projects.
- Assist in planning and executing landscape installations, ensuring plant survival and growth.
- Monitor and manage plant health, including pest control, fertilization, pruning, and irrigation.
- Implement organic and sustainable gardening practices where applicable.
- Conduct soil testing and recommend amendments to enhance plant growth.
- Design and oversee irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency.
- Develop strategies for water conservation and sustainable horticultural practices.
- Work closely with landscape designers, architects, and project managers to execute horticultural plans.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert recommendations.
- Train on-site teams and laborers on plant care, maintenance, and installation techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest horticultural trends, sustainable landscaping practices, and innovative plant species.
- Experiment with new planting techniques and materials to enhance landscape aesthetics and longevity.
- Implement eco-friendly solutions such as vertical gardens, native plant landscaping, and pollinator-friendly gardens.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, or Landscape Management.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or nursery management.
Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, irrigation techniques, and pest management.
Experience in landscape project execution, maintenance, and sustainable gardening practices.
Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to project needs.

**Preferred Experience**:
Working in high-end residential, commercial, Hotels, or urban landscape projects.
Knowledge of greenhouse management, rooftop gardening, or urban forestry.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
