As a Horticulturist specializing in the maintenance and watering of plants, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, growth, and aesthetic appeal of a wide range of plants, both in indoor and outdoor settings. This role involves providing expert care through regular watering schedules, fertilization, pruning, pest management, and maintaining optimal growing conditions. You will be key in creating and sustaining vibrant, thriving plant environments, whether in residential, commercial, or public spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement plant care schedules, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and cleaning.
- Monitor plant health, checking for signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Regularly assess soil conditions and ensure proper drainage and aeration.
- Design and execute efficient watering systems tailored to the specific needs of various plants.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust watering frequency to ensure plants receive adequate hydration without overwatering.
- Maintain irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and repair as needed to ensure consistent water delivery.
- Test soil quality and recommend appropriate fertilizers, organic compost, or amendments to enhance plant growth.
- Adjust soil pH levels and nutrient content to suit different plant species.
- Identify plant pests, diseases, and fungal issues and recommend organic or chemical treatment options.
- Assist in the propagation of plants from seeds, cuttings, or other propagation methods.
- Select appropriate plant species based on environmental conditions, soil type, and project requirements.
- Organize and manage plant inventories, including sourcing new plants when necessary.
- Perform regular pruning and trimming to shape plants, promote healthy growth, and remove dead or diseased parts.
- Assist in landscaping projects by designing plant layouts, ensuring appropriate plant placement based on growth patterns and sunlight exposure.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized plant display.
- Provide reports on plant health, growth rates, and any issues encountered, recommending adjustments or improvements to care routines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
