**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Core process - Plants O&M**:

- Ensuring smooth Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of ETP/STPs
- Reviewing overall performance at customer sites
- Getting daily reporting from plant operators
- Providing operator support
- Maintaining comprehensive site records
- Troubleshooting ETP/STP operations
- Root Cause Analysis of plant breakdowns

**Training and Development**:

- Scheduling and conducting operator trainings

**Customer Relations**:

- Customer interaction for smooth operations
- Handling customer complaints
- Coordination for issue resolution

**Human Resources Management**:

- Managing HR requirements

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Keeping records updated
- Preparation of periodic MIS

**Education**:

- Graduate - B.Sc. minimum.
- MSc in Environmental Science preferred

**Experience**:

- More than 2 years of experience in the domain

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage
- Strong team player and motivator
- Excellent people handling skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
